Tracking down evidence about the author, publisher, date and other evidence can result in important discoveries about credibility and determine whether an information source should be used at all. Discover how you and your students can use Google’s word processing, spreadsheets and presentations papers to save, share and publish group projects using the Internet. The proliferation of Web 2.0 resources has changed the way the Internet is used. While it paves the way for social networking easier, finding credible information has become more difficult. Discover new search techniques that are effective in a world of Blogs, Wikis and other shared applications, and help students become critical evaluators of information they retrieve from their own networks. 25 CPDUs.
